Scenario

As a photographer you have been commissioned to produce a personal essay of a final 10 photographs on a specific location for an online photographic journal.

The theme they wish you to explore is Contrast (Shape and Texture).

Research two published photographer who have produced work around this theme, discuss why you they are of interest, provide a critical review of their work. Upload to your blog.

In your sketch book

• collect a body of research

• demonstrate the development of ideas and inspirations

• plan your intended approach to the theme

Shoot on chosen location. (Save all photos on hard drive)

Upload to the blog your selected 10 photographs to you blog as a photographic essay, provide critical and analytical comment on your selection.

Collate work into a PowerPoint presentation reviewing your creative process and the finished product.
